Holidays, all the good food, I felt I actually gained some weight... So on January 1, 2012, I joined my dear hubby for P90X, it is super hard and a long work out. But it is quite interesting, so I never lost my interest on keeping up with it. It was my first time, so I did about 45 minutes, instead of the full hour. I followed it up with an airdyne bicycle circuit. Intense! Fighting...
